About Ray

Ray is a fully qualified RSA Approved Driving Instructor with 10 years of experience. He has achieved a driving test pass rate of 96%. Ray provides professional lessons in a relaxed, understanding and friendly manner. His style of instruction creates a patient and calm teaching environment so that effective learning takes place. Ray creates a mobile classroom which involves short stops to provide constructive feedback and invite questions from his students and he provides an overview of progress achieved at the end of the lesson. He has extensive experience as a driving instructor, enabling him to quickly evaluate your driving skills, recognising your strengths and determining areas which may require some development.

Please note: If the issue date of your first learner permit is on or after 4 April 2011, you must first complete 12 one hour EDT lessons.(Essential Driver Training) before you can take your driving test.

Ray is also a ROSPA Advanced Driving Instructor and provides Advanced Lessons for those who wish to concentrate on areas of their driving that they feel may need to be improved upon. Advanced Driving Lessons can involve motorway confidence building, economical methods of driving, improving your awareness and observation skills or any specific areas you feel you need further instruction in.

Ray can also provide a Driver Educational Program targeted at Post-Primary school students. The aim of the program is to assist in developing awareness of road safety and to nuture appropriate attitudes and responsible behaviour in the young driver. more>

Ray provides Driver Risk Assessment and Advanced Driving instruction for your business. Ray will measure the performance of your employees on the road to ensure that they they are able to drive safely and provide instruction when required. more>
